May the 4th B. With You!
It's everyone's favorite holiday, a celebration of Star Wars fandom, May the 4th B. With You. We are celebrating as we did last year with our good friends from B. Nektar over in a familiar territory, Ferndale. We will be serving a menu full of specials inspired by the Star Wars saga. The good folks at B. Nektar are tapping the Gin Barrel Aged Necromangocon, which will restore balance to the galaxy. You are encouraged to swag yourself out in Star Wars apparel, be ready for some of the best mead in the galaxy and prepare yourself for a day of Star Wars puns and nerd references brought to you by Hero Or Villain!

Admiral Ackbar It's a wrap! With Mahi Mahi, shredded Asiago cheese, with kale slaw wrapped in a lavash.
Kale-o Ren
Avocado and kale spread, bacon, shredded Asiago cheese, tomatoes on an onion roll.
And returning from last year:
Hoagie Wan Kenobi Grilled deli chicken with muenster cheese, fresh romaine, sliced tomatoes, drizzled with Sriracha mayo on a hoagie bun.
Boba Feta Portabella caps marinated with rosemary and garlic, melted feta cheese, roasted red peppers, fresh kale, drizzled with Sriracha mayo on an onion roll.
We will be kicking it with B. Nektar most of next week. Caught us Friday for the Pre-Fest Tapping of Strawberry Shubarb, tap room is open at 3 PM, we will be serving between 8 PM till Midnight. The following day is 2016 Spring Fest at B. Nektar, we are there from 2 PM till 8 PM, serving up sandwiches next to some of our taste buds: Shimmy Shack, Delectabowl, Slows To Go and Treat Dreams.
