Duties/Responsibilities
Cooking on a flat top/saute area and building sandwiches
Prepping before or after events
Prepping sauces
Slicing meats
Making pre packaged items
Cleaning interior and exterior of food truck
Maintaining a clean work station
Creating a friendly and appropriate workplace with staff and customers
Reliable source of transportation (preferably own a vehicle)
Punctuality
Excellent communication and ability to follow instructions with staff and customers
Starting pay will be $9 to $10/hour (depending on experience) with an opportunity to move into a supervisor position during the season. Since new hires will be working with co-owners Richard Zemola and Kevin Mroczek you will get the opportunity to be creative with new dishes and help improve the process of everyday working on the truck.
