Top 5 Reveals from DC FanDome

For those unaware, DC FanDome is a virtual entertainment & comic book convention that started in 2020, as many in-person conventions were being canceled. This past Saturday, October 16th, DC comics unveiled their new slate of upcoming movies, shows, and games at this virtual event. We have consolidated these reveals into the media that we are most excited to consume! Of course, these picks are only an opinion and we encourage you to share your thoughts. What are you most anticipating from DC?

5. The League of Super-Pets (In theaters May 20th, 2022)

You will most likely appreciate this pick more if you have children. However, the iconic comedic duo that is Dwyane Johnson & Kevin Hart is sure to have kids of all ages laughing. For a family fun flick, Super-Pets is our pick.

4. Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League (Coming 2022 to PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC)

From the team that brought you the classic Batman Arkham games, Rocksteady has put together a first-person shooter RPG that features some of the best baddies in the DC Universe. Although the trailer didn't give us any actual gameplay, we are excited to see what fun missions await this brutal and bombastic bunch.

3. The Flash (Project in theaters November 4th, 2022)

This long-awaited film can potentially change the whole scope of movies in the DCEU. With the confirmation of Micheal Keaton and Ben Affleck both reprising their roles at Batman, this flick follows the Flashpoint storyline from the comics, at least somewhat. We are pumped to see what scenes from this movie end up having repercussions for our other DCEU favorites.

2. The Batman (Coming to theaters March 4th, 2022)

Vengeance is coming! The new trailer gives us a bit more of the plot but also gives viewers a taste of the director, Matt Reeves, influence on this iconic character. A dark color palette, beautifully unique framework and an overall feeling of filth and grittiness. This movie will follow Batman in his second year as a vigilante. A huge reveal in this new trailer is actor Zoe Kravitz's will be playing Selina Kyle or better known as Catwoman. Together with Robert Pattinson, the story will give us a fresh look at the man in the bat suit.

Titans: Season 4 (No release date yet scheduled for HBO Max)

1. Gotham Knights (Coming 2022 to PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC)

This stunningly designed game takes place in Gotham City, but without Batman. Night Wing, Robin, Redhood and Bat Girl are the playable protagonists that will try to unveil the secrets of the infamous Court of Owls. The game is sure to be chock-full of easter eggs and allusions to many DC comics. We look forward to all of the intricacies and unlockables when the game launches sometime next year.
